Welcome to Topsy’s Lounge an exciting new bar and grille just located up the road from YSU. Formally known as “The Whiskey Club” A small family owned and operated  establishment that caters to the more mature crowds (35 and over) with music selections like jazz, rhythm, and blues.  We have an environment were you can come to unwind from a long days work, or bring your significant other for a good evening out.
